- Sending and processing investment transactions (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, etc.)
- Coordinating with AMCs, RTA, and internal teams for transaction execution and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate client records, transaction data, and documentation
- Ensuring timely updating of client portfolios and reports
- Handling client service requests related to transactions and records
- Reconciliation of transaction statements and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with internal processes and regulatory norms
- Supporting the advisory and sales team with backend operations
