* 1–3 years of relevant experience in *fitting and installation work*.

* Hands-on knowledge of *Drill Machine, Grinder, Cutting Machine, and Hand Tools*.

* Good understanding of *measurement and alignment*.

* Ability to use *measuring tools, plumb bob/sahul*, etc.

* Ability to understand measurements and work according to drawings.

* Experience in *Steel Doors, Fire Doors, Metal Ceiling, and Aluminium fitting* will be preferred.

* Positive teamwork and communication skills.

* Hardworking, responsible, and honest.

* Willingness to travel and work at *outstation project sites* when required
