About DACS

DACS is a fast-growing consumer electronics and home-appliance brand, with products across Televisions, Washing Machines and Air Conditioners.

As we expand our business, distribution network and operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day books of accounts, vouchers, journal entries and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and collections accounting.
- Perform regular bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify GST, TDS and other statutory compliance data and coordinate with consultants.
- Manage distributor, dealer, vendor and customer accounts and outstanding reconciliation.
- Support monthly closing, MIS, expense reporting and financial reporting.
- Monitor receivables, payables and ageing reports.
- Verify invoices,



debit/credit notes and supporting documents.
- Assist in audit, taxation and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Finance and Operations teams.
- Candidate ProfileGraduate in B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter will be an advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Positive knowledge of Tally / ERP, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Experience in consumer electronics, trading, distribution or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Key KPIsAccuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.
- Timely reconciliation of customer, vendor and bank accounts.
- Timely GST/TDS and statutory compliance support.
- Receivables and payables reconciliation and ageing control.
- Timely monthly closing and MIS reporting.
- Audit readiness and adherence to accounting policies.
