Department: Banking Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Field-based

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned ATMs regularly and ensure proper functioning.
- Check ATM availability, cleanliness, and basic operational issues.
- Coordinate for cash replenishment and avoid ATM cash-out situations.
- Check receipt paper, ribbons, cartridges, and other consumables.
- Report ATM technical issues to the concerned support/vendor team.
- Perform basic ATM balancing and operational checks as per company/bank process.
- Coordinate with bank branches, cash-in-transit teams, and service vendors.
- Maintain daily visit/service reports and update the required system.
- Escalate any security, cash, or technical issue immediately.
- Ensure assigned ATMs maintain maximum uptime and service availability.
- Candidate RequirementsEducation: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
- Experience:



Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and basic smartphone knowledge.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of banking/ATM operations is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
