He/She should be able to handle the tasks allocated by the seniors. Communication is the key. We prefer candidate with good English knowledge (read, write & speak). There will be voice and non voice tasks. Some will be customer & vendor front tasks as well. They will have to be valuable with computer knowledge as well (Microsoft office).
