- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive domestic and international B2B sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop current business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
- Lead and guide the sales team to improve performance.
- Build strong relationships with domestic and overseas clients.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Requirements8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Packaging, Paper, Printing, or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling export customers and international business.
- Willingness to attend occasional evening/night calls or virtual meetings with overseas clients across different time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
