- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Meet recruitment targets within the given timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
