Job Description – Tendering & Government Bids We are looking for a candidate responsible for end-to-end handling of tendering and bidding procedures for a Chartered Accountant Firm. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant government and institutional tenders, preparing and compiling bid documents, submitting tender applications, coordinating with concerned departments, and ensuring timely compliance with all tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the complete tendering process for Government, PSU, Banks, and other institutional assignments.
- Identify and track relevant Government/PSU/Bank tenders, EOI, RFPs, and empanelment opportunities.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids along with required annexures and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, tender conditions, EMD, tender fees, declarations, undertakings, and other documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for obtaining necessary certificates, credentials, financial information,



and other documents.
- Manage tender submissions through portals such as GeM and other Government/PSU e-tendering portals.
- Monitor tender deadlines, corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and bid-opening/status updates.
- Maintain proper records and databases of submitted tenders, empanelments, and bid outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

- Prior experience in handling and filing Government/PSU tenders for a Chartered Accountant Firm is mandatory.
- Experience with GeM and other e-tendering portals will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of tender documentation, eligibility requirements, bid submission procedures, and compliance.
- Robust documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF/document management.
- Candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tenders within strict deadlines.
