Provide effective treatment to the satisfaction of the customer. Technician is authorised to decide and suggest changes as required to make it more effective, if necessary based upon the local situation in line with the SOPs. To collect schedule, provide effective service to the customer, and report back to the branch.
1. Be in proper uniform as per company policy.
2. Collect schedule for the day’s jobs at start of the working hours from the supervisor or any person delegated to do so.
3. Take proper instructions from the supervisor or any person delegated to do so.
4. Gather together correct working equipment and chemical / material for the day’s job
5. Ensuring proper behavior along the route to the customers premise
6. Reporting at customers premise in time with presentable manner
7. Introduce himself and present his / her Identity Card after greetings
8. Inspect the premises to be treated with respect to the pest problems
9. Deliver the service as per inspection findings, training given as per our SOP and as per instruction given by Supervisor / SE.
10. Ensure proper & optimum usage of chemicals issued to him,
reduce wastage/ avoid misuse of the same.
11. Clean the premises if service generates any residue like dust and spillages.
12. Inform customer about Do’s and Don’ts, about pest and pest prevention measures
13. Obtain job completion signature from customers before leaving and submit in office after return.
14. Collect payment – Cash or cheque / collect the online payment receipt with transaction no.
15. Handover collection and balance chemical / material at the end of the day.
16. Record chemicals consumed for the respective service / job wise
17. Maintain (minor repairing) his own equipment and ensure cleanliness of them
18. Use proper PPEs as recommended per type of job
19. Handle chemicals as per safety policy
20. Help in generating leads / collecting references while on the job
21. Undergo training of 24 man-hours per year and train and guide/motivate juniors.
22. Reporting any recent developments / changes found in the market and any other related information on Pest Management during regular or monthly operations meetings.
