L1 Network Engineer — Onsite at a Coliving Community

We're hiring an L1 Network Engineer to keep a buzzing coliving community always-connected. You'll be first defense for the WiFi and LAN residents rely on for work, study, and daily life. When the network hums, the whole house hums.

What you'll do

- Monitor, manage, and maintain WiFi and LAN infrastructure across the property
- First responder for connectivity issues — diagnose, resolve, escalate
- Handle Wi-Fi deployment end-to-end: site surveys, AP placement, configuration, validation
- SSID configs, VLAN basics, IP addressing, DHCP, basic firewall rules, bandwidth allocation
- Work with switches, routers, APs,



and structured cabling
- - Maintain network diagrams, incident logs, and asset inventory
- Coordinate with ISPs and L2/L3 teams for escalations
- Support residents with quick, friendly troubleshooting

What we're looking for

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in CS, IT, ECE — or equivalent hands-on experience
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, WiFi standards
- Familiarity with Ubiquiti, Cisco, TP-Link, MikroTik, or similar
- Basic Windows + Linux CLI comfort
- CCNA / Network+ a plus
- Calm, clear communicator who owns problems till solved
- Willing to live onsite
