We are a family owned business which has operating since 1964. We are into manufacturing of Customised Solid Wood Furniture. We make various loose furniture and operate under the Brand Wootique.

Accountant -

Looking for a person who has at least 1 year of experience as an accountant:-

The following shall be a part of job:-

1. Maintain complete day-to-day books of accounts in Tally

2. Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and expenses

3. Maintain proper ledgers, vouchers, invoices and supporting documentation

4. Perform regular bank reconciliations

5. Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers

6. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable

7. Prepare customer outstanding reports and coordinate payment follow-ups

8. Maintain vendor outstanding and payment schedules

9. Prepare and verify GST-related workings and reconciliations

10. Assist with GST return filing and compliance

11. Calculate and maintain records for TDS deductions and payments

12. Coordinate with the CA / tax consultant for GST, TDS, income tax,



audits and statutory requirements

13. Maintain purchase and expense documentation

14. Handle banking entries, cheque records and online payment documentation

15. Maintain petty cash and reconcile cash transactions

16. Track expenses and highlight unusual or unnecessary expenditure

17. Ensure accounting records are accurate, updated and properly backed up

18. Support year-end closing, audit and finalisation of accounts

19. Maintain confidentiality of all financial and business information
