We are looking for Diploma Engineers in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering to work in our manufacturing plant.
The role involves preparing and monitoring daily production plans, tracking machine-wise production performance, monitoring basic production quality, recording downtime and production issues, and coordinating with supervisors and other departments to ensure timely resolution of shop-floor problems.
The candidate will work closely with production supervisors and management to provide accurate information on production performance and ensure that production activities are carried out according to plan.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and monitor machine-wise production plans.
* Track hourly production against planned targets.
* Monitor machine downtime, rejection and production losses.
* Conduct basic online quality checks during production.
* Identify and document production, machine, mould, material, manpower and quality-related issues.
* Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and other departments for issue resolution.
* Maintain production records and shift-wise reports.
* Follow up on pending issues until closure.
* Provide proper handover of unresolved issues to the next shift.
* Escalate major production deviations or recurring problems to management.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of manufacturing experience may apply.
Shift: 8-hour rotational shifts
Skills Required
