Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and energetic Sales & Operations Manager to lead business operations, third-party manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and sales functions. The ideal candidate will integrate operational discipline with sales strategy to ensure efficiency and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Supply Chain Management:

Supervise third-party manufacturing, ensuring timelines, compliance, and batch quality.

Monitor inventory at all warehouse points to avoid stock-outs and expiries.

Manage logistics & distribution across India, choosing reliable courier partners and resolving delivery issues.

Drive process automation via ERP/Excel systems to boost efficiency and lower costs.

Sales & Business Development:





Design and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence.

Lead digital marketing initiatives (Google, Instagram, and Facebook) to enhance brand outreach.

Utilize CRM systems to track performance, analyze customer behavior, and strengthen client relations.

Keep an eye on market trends and competitors to tap into new business opportunities.

Leadership & Strategic Planning:

Lead, mentor, and evaluate performance of operations and sales teams.

Align sales forecasts with production to maintain demand-supply equilibrium.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including accounts, procurement, and sales.

Present and analyze KPIs such as inventory turnover, logistics costs, and delivery timelines.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent coordination, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and CRM tools.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Proactive mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
