About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Interns to join our Personal Loan Cross-Sell team. The intern will be responsible for identifying eligible customers, generating leads, and promoting Personal Loan products to existing customers through cross-selling

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Personal Loans through customer calling and relationship management
- Cross-sell Personal Loan products to existing customers
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products
- Explain Personal Loan features, eligibility, documentation, and benefits to customers
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful applications
- Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and loan processing
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the system
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets
- Ensure proper customer service and maintain a positive customer relationship
- Adhere to company policies, sales processes,



and compliance requirements

Eligibility

- Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Tech
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment
- Candidates interested in building a career in Banking, NBFC and Financial Services are preferred
