We are looking for an active and trustworthy Office & Factory Helper to support daily workplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across the office, factory, and warehouse, attending to guests and vendors, and assisting with physical stock movement within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office & Hospitality Duties

- Keep the office area, desks, and meeting spaces clean, tidy, and dust-free throughout the day.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to office staff, visiting vendors, suppliers, and clients.
- Wash and maintain kitchenware, glasses, and utensils used in the office.
- Assist with basic errands and operational tasks as instructed by management.

2. Factory & Warehouse Cleaning

- Perform daily sweeping and regular cleaning of the factory floor, packing area, and warehouse inventory sections.
- Dispose of trash, packaging scraps, and waste materials systematically.




- Ensure walkways and stock storage areas remain clear and hazardous-free.

3. Material Movement & Handling

- Manually transfer stock, boxes, and raw materials between the ground floor and the first floor as required.
- Support the warehouse team in loading, unloading, and arranging goods during inventory stocking or shipment dispatch.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience: Prior experience working as a peon, office boy, or warehouse helper is preferred, but freshers willing to work hard are welcome.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift packages and carry materials up and down stairs between floors.
- Traits: Punctual, reliable, polite, and well-groomed with a strong sense of hygiene.
- Language: Basic understanding of Hindi/Local language.

Work Details & Advantages

- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
