ROLE OVERVIEW

Kanagadhara Credit Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven HR Recruiter to strengthen our Talent Acquisition function.

The role will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on identifying, engaging and onboarding quality talent across Sales, Relationship Management, Telecalling, Operations and other BFSI functions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, recruitment discipline and the ability to consistently deliver against defined hiring timelines and manpower requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.

• Understand manpower requirements and role specifications in coordination with respective business heads.

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, consultants and direct sourcing channels.

• Conduct preliminary screening to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, experience, compensation expectations and career stability.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

• Maintain consistent candidate engagement throughout the selection and joining process.

• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation and joining follow-ups.

• Reduce offer dropouts and improve offer-to-joining conversion.

• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and business-critical positions.

• Support onboarding, employee documentation and initial induction activities.

• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, interview trackers, hiring funnel reports and source-wise performance data.

• Ensure qualified communication and a high-quality candidate experience representing the Kanagadhara brand.

PERFORMANCE TARGETS / KPIs

Performance will be measured through clearly defined Talent Acquisition metrics, including:

• Monthly hiring target achievement

• Qualified profiles sourced per requirement

• Interview-to-selection conversion ratio

• Selection-to-offer conversion ratio

• Offer-to-joining conversion ratio

• Time-to-fill / turnaround time (TAT)

• Candidate dropout and no-show percentage

• Recruitment source effectiveness

• Quality and stability of new hires

• Accuracy and timely maintenance of recruitment MIS

Indicative Monthly Hiring Target: 8–15 successful joiners, depending on manpower requirements and role mix.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Energetic, confident and highly organised

• Strong in verbal and written communication

• Comfortable interacting with candidates across different experience levels

• Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate engagement

• Target-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities

• Capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously

• Familiar with job portals and professional networking platforms

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and recruitment trackers

• Professional in attitude, presentation and workplace communication

Candidates with prior recruitment exposure in Banking, NBFC,



FinTech, Financial Services, Insurance, Sales or other target-driven industries will have an added advantage.

QUALIFICATION

Minimum: Any Graduate

Preferred: MBA / PGDM – Human Resources

EXPERIENCE

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Candidates with strong recruitment potential and relevant internship or entry-level HR experience may also be considered.

COMPENSATION

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, recruitment expertise, current compensation and overall suitability for the position.

Performance incentives may be offered based on achievement of defined recruitment KPIs and hiring targets.
