- Attend daily customer service calls assigned by the company.
- Call customers and plan the visit.
- Install, check, service and repair home appliances.
- Work on AC, fridge, washing machine, TV, water purifier, water heater, microwave, dishwasher and other appliances.
- Find the problem and replace spare parts when required.
- Handle warranty and out-of-warranty service calls.
- Update and close every service call in the mobile app.
- Collect service/repair charges when applicable.
- Complete cases on time and follow up on pending cases.
- Avoid repeat complaints by providing proper service.
- Maintain tools and spare parts properly.
- Be polite and qualified with customers.
- Follow RK OneStep, LG and AO Smith service and safety guidelines.
