About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, expanding our market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the domestic packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.

- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.

- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.





- Travel within assigned territories for customer meetings and business development activities.

Eligibility

- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Acquisition.

- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for sales may also be considered.

- Experience in B2B sales or the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
