Job Summary

Snapdeal is hiring Business Development Executives to onboard and activate current sellers in the assigned region. The role involves identifying prospects, conducting field visits, pitching Snapdeal's platf⁠orm, and helping sellers complete the onboardin‌g process.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard new seller‍s‍ (manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers).

Conduct field vi‌s‍its and explain Snapdeal's seller benefits.

Assist sellers with registration, catalog creation, and first-order readiness.

Achieve monthly seller activation and business targets.





Maintain lead and onboarding data in CRM.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in business development or field sales.

E-commerce seller onboarding experience is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with field travel.

Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM t‌ools.

Graduate in any discipline.

Tamil l⁠anguage proficiency is mandatory.
