Position OverviewWe are looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated Recruiter – Edutech to manage end-to-end recruitment operations for pre-school educators. In this remote role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top teaching talent across India.

- Key Responsibilities1. Daily Outreach & SourcingProactively reach out to 30–40 Pre-School Teachers per day using phone calls, job portals, social media, and professional databases.
- Build and maintain a deep, sustainable pipeline of qualified pre-school educators across various locations in India.
- Profile Screening & AssessmentReview resumes and screen candidate profiles against client requirements, qualifications, and role specifics.
- Assess candidates on teaching credentials, classroom experience, English communication skills, and institutional fit.
- Video Interview CoordinationConduct structured video interviews using platforms like Zoho Meeting, Zoom, or Google Meet.
- Record observations and maintain detailed, structured interview feedback notes.
- Prepare comprehensive candidate assessment summaries for senior management review.
- Post-Shortlisting & Onboarding SupportSchedule and coordinate client interviews for shortlisted educators.
- Facilitate offer negotiations, track offer acceptances, and maintain clear candidate communication.




- Guide candidates through joining formalities and track post-joining stability to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Performance Expectations & Key Metrics (KPIs)Monthly Target: Minimum 3 successful teacher joinings per month.
- High daily call volume, regular candidate follow-ups, and pipeline tracking using CRM/Zoho tools.

- Compensation & Growth Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Initial 2 months probation/training period).
- Performance Incentives: Uncapped, performance-linked incentives starting from the 3rd month onwards based on joining milestones.

- Experience: Prior experience in HR sourcing, tele-calling, or education recruitment is a strong advantage (freshers with exceptional communication are also welcome to apply).
