- Greet and assist customers.
- Take orders and operate POS/billing system.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food as per SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness of counter, dining and service areas.
- Pack takeaway and online delivery orders correctly.
- Support opening and closing activities.
- Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Assist other team members during busy hours.
Experience: 0–2 years
