We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our ladies garment store. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, have a good sense of fashion, and be willing to learn about our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable ladies’ garments.
- Explain product features, sizes, colours, and pricing.
- Maintain the display and presentation of products.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.
- Assist with stock checking and product organization.
- Handle billing and basic POS operations when required.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of ladies’ fashion and garments is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Sales experience in a garment/fashion store will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹9000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
