Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Working Days: Weekends included
Weekly Off: 1 weekday
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers and provide excellent sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home décor and furnishing products.
- Follow up with leads generated through the store and other channels.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and services to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Handle order processing and maintain effective customer communication.
- Maintain excellent store condition, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checking, and product organization.
- Properly stack and display products for sale.
- Answer customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.
- Process payments and accurately record sales through cash registers/POS systems.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Retail Sales.
- Candidates with a strong sales background are preferred.
- Diploma or Graduate qualification.
- Valuable English communication skills are required.
- Solid customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Ability to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Prior experience in home décor, furniture, furnishing, or retail will be an added advantage.
Compensation
