Job Title: Last-Mile Operations Executive

Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Work Mode: Onsite | 6 days a week

Joining: Immediate

Important: Hands-on Shiprocket experience is mandatory. Candidates without practical knowledge of the Shiprocket dashboard will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage warehouse operations, order processing, packing and dispatch
- Operate Shiprocket independently, including order creation, AWB generation, courier selection, labels and manifests
- Schedule pickups and coordinate with courier partners
- Track shipments and resolve NDRs, RTOs, delays and failed deliveries
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely inward and dispatch
- Maintain inventory, inward, outward and dispatch records
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports in Excel




- Handle delivery escalations and ensure orders reach customers on time

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant operations experience
- Robust, hands-on knowledge of the Shiprocket dashboard is mandatory
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Experience in warehouse, courier and vendor coordination
- Solid communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Okhla, six days a week
- Immediate joiners preferred
