We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Control Executive to ensure the highest standards of quality in the manufacturing of testing instruments and machines. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and validating products used across various industries, including Garment Testing Laboratories, Paper & Packaging Testing, Plastic Testing, and other material testing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform quality inspections of manufactured testing instruments and machines at various stages of production.

· Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications before dispatch.

· Conduct functional testing, calibration checks, and performance validation of equipment.

· Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports, test results, and quality records.

· Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations, and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.

· Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures.

· Handle quality checks for instruments used in:

o Garment Testing Laboratories

o Paper & Packaging Testing

o Plastic Testing

o Rubber, Textile, and other material testing applications

· Assist in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.

· Support audits and maintain quality-related documentation.





· Coordinate with clients for quality-related queries, if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.

· 1–3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing of testing instruments or machinery.

· Knowledge of calibration, inspection tools, and quality standards.

· Familiarity with testing equipment used in textile, packaging, and plastic industries.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Good documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working in a testing instruments manufacturing company.

· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.

· Basic understanding of laboratory testing procedures across multiple industries.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Assist in packing verification and marking to ensure secure dispatch.

· Ensure instruments are ready for installation and commissioning at client sites.
