Job Title: International Voice process (Night Shift)
Location: Ahmedabad Satelite
Shift Timing: 7:30pm to 5:00am
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling international clients, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates must be comfortable working in a night shift and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and close sales opportunities in international markets .
Develop and maintain robust client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups to generate leads.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Stay updated with market trends,
competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in International Sales / BPO / IT / Telecom / Service industry (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Comfortable with night shift timings and international client interactions.
Graduation in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
