Rawat Constructions is hiring an experienced Team Leader (Real Estate Sales).

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Motivate, train, and monitor team performance.
- Generate site visits and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in Real Estate (Mandatory).
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle targets and team management.
- Good knowledge of residential property sales.

Job Details:

- Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month + Attractive Incentives
- Location: Rohini, Delhi
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Week Off: Wednesday
- Gender: Male Preferred
