Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.

• Assist in performance management processes, feedback collection, and training coordination.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

• Handle employee queries and maintain HR records accurately.

• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Executive.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive

- information.
