- Make outbound calls to parents, clients, and potential customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Explain the centre's services, programs, and appointment procedures.
- Follow up with leads and interested clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Make regular follow-up calls to existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate important matters to seniors when required.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with parents/clients.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English communication preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain call records and follow-up details.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, or counselling experience will be preferred.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
