We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Sales Executive & Back Office Coordinator who has knowledge of industrial sales as well as office coordination work. The candidate should be capable of handling sales activities and supporting backend operations for deals in major industrial sectors like Thermal Power Plants, Sugar Plants, Paper Plants, Atomic Power Plants, and Refineries.

Sales Executive Role:

- Generate enquiries and develop recent business opportunities in industrial sectors

- Handle client communication (calls, emails, meetings) professionally

- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions

- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and close deals

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and plant officials

- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence

Back Office Coordinator Role:

- Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, and sales documents

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

- Maintain records of enquiries, orders, and dispatch status





- Handle email communication and documentation efficiently

- Support sales team in daily operations and reporting

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of industrial products and plant operations

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)

- Ability to handle multitasking (Sales + Office Work)

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

- Experience in industrial sales or related field preferred
