- Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of Amazon.com and eBay.com seller accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, keywords, and specifications.
- Manage product variations such as size, color, and style.
- Process and monitor customer orders.
- Handle buyer/customer messages and provide skilled responses.
- Manage returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and customer complaints.
- Monitor account health, seller performance, feedback, reviews, and policy notifications.
- Coordinate with the production and shipping teams for order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory and update stock quantities.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues with courier partners.
- Handle Amazon/eBay cases,



claims, disputes, and customer service issues.
- Monitor product pricing and competitors.
- Assist with promotions, discounts, coupons, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor Amazon PPC and eBay promotional activities.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising performance.
- Prepare regular reports for sales, orders, inventory, returns, and advertising.
- Identify opportunities to improve product rankings and increase sales.
- Maintain accurate records of Amazon and eBay transactions.
