We are looking for an experienced and result-driven sales professional to generate revenue by selling advertising space in our newspaper and magazine, sponsorships for trade events curated by Yugen Realty, and our digital media offerings to real estate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell print advertising space (newspaper & magazine) to developers, channel partners, consultants, and allied industries
- Generate sponsorships and participation for real estate trade events, meets, and conferences curated by Yugen Realty
- Pitch and close digital advertising solutions (website, social media, newsletters, branded content)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate stakeholders and advertisers
- Identify recent business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
- Coordinate with editorial, design, and accounts teams for smooth campaign execution
- Maintain accurate sales records, proposals, and follow-ups

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Revenue Generation

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across print, digital, and events
- Increase average deal size and repeat advertising bookings

2. Client Acquisition & Retention

- Onboard new advertisers and sponsors regularly




- Ensure repeat business from existing clients through relationship management

3. Product Mix Performance

- Balanced sales contribution from print, events, and digital offerings
- Upsell bundled solutions to maximize client value

4. Market Outreach

- Regular field visits, meetings, and presentations with real estate stakeholders
- Develop strong market intelligence and competitor awareness

5. Sales Process & Reporting

- Maintain proper sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closure records
- Submit weekly sales reports and forecasts

6. Brand Representation

- Represent Yugen Realty professionally at industry events, site visits, and meetings
- Uphold brand credibility and long-term business relationships

Required Skills & Profile

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in media, real estate, or events
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and handle targets
- Well-organized with basic reporting and documentation discipline
