In this role, you will be the bridge between our business and our clients, focusing primarily on direct outreach and relationship management through Email and WhatsApp. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, client acquisition, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing: Draft, schedule, and send engaging email campaigns to potential and existing clients.
- WhatsApp Marketing: Manage WhatsApp Business communications, broadcast messages, and follow up with leads promptly.
- Client Management:
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries originating from our marketing campaigns, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
- Database Management: Keep client contact lists organized, up-to-date, and properly segmented.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor basic campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, reply rates) and report on what is working well.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing, sales, or client relations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with standard email platforms (Gmail, Outlook) and WhatsApp Business.
