Key Responsibilities
:
- Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, online directories, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct market research and prospect mining to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Nurture and follow up with leads until they are converted into qualified business opportunities.




- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements
:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with a strong learning attitude.
