Greetings of the day

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Centre Head to manage the overall business, admissions, parent experience, and operations of our Preschool & Daycare centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and occupancy targets.
- Manage enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and lead conversions.
- Drive local marketing, BTL activities, referrals, and community partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Monitor centre performance, CRM data, sales KPIs, and MIS reports.
- Identify new business opportunities within the local catchment area.
- Ensure the centre is well-maintained, protected, compliant, and parent-ready.
- Coordinate with academic, admin, facility,



and marketing teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Preschool, Education, Sales, Business Development, or Centre Management.
- Strong communication, sales, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Target-driven with good business and analytical understanding.
- Experience in handling parents and local business development will be an advantage.
