The Ardee Foundation, Delhi is looking for highly motivated arts professionals to join its growing team.

Working across art, culture and education, the Foundation develops exhibitions, artist and student programmes, residencies, awards, cultural partnerships and special projects in India.

We are looking for someone who wants to build, contribute and grow with the Foundation.

THE ROLE

* Research artists, exhibitions and cultural opportunities

* Develop and coordinate exhibitions, residencies, awards and special projects

* Liaise with artists, curators, galleries, museums and cultural institutions

* Support student and emerging-artist initiatives

* Coordinate events, installations, openings and visiting artists

* Prepare proposals, presentations, reports and project documentation

* Identify new artists, ideas and institutional collaborations

* Support communications, digital content and social media

* Take ownership of projects from concept to execution

* Manage the foundations art collection

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

* MFA / Master’s degree in Fine Arts,



Art History or a related arts discipline

* Prior professional experience with an art foundation, museum, cultural institution or arts organisation

* Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in modern and contemporary art

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong research, writing and presentation abilities

* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects

* Confident interacting with artists, curators, collectors and institutional partners

* Good digital and social media skills

* A self-starter with energy, curiosity and the ability to make things happen
