Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at Lernx is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, managing HR operations, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.



The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, monitoring HR metrics, and continuously improving HR processes to support organizational growth.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices, preferably within a growing organization.
- Skills in training and development, with the ability to design and support learning initiatives that align with business and employee needs.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or similar systems, and maintaining accurate employee records and HR reports.
