Own the hiring engine that gets Biotastic's best people in the door — fast, right, every time.

Biotastic builds and sells premium wellness equipment — ice baths, cold plunges, saunas, red light therapy and HBOT — trusted by JW Marriott, Shangri-La, FC Goa and 200+ HNI homes. As we scale across every department, every open role deserves a rapid, sharp hiring process, not a bottleneck.

We're looking for the person who runs that process end to end — sourcing candidates, screening every CV against a real bar, and handing hiring managers a ranked shortlist they can trust — so the right person gets hired before a competitor gets to them first.

What you'll own:
- Build and continuously refill a pool of
40–50 qualified candidates a week
across Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels — for every open Biotastic role
- Draft and post job adverts (not generic JDs) from an approved Role Scorecard, live within 48 hours of sign-off
- Screen every CV against a structured, weighted rubric; deliver a ranked, branded shortlist to the hiring manager within
2 days
of closing the pool




- Schedule interviews within 24–48 hours of shortlist approval and keep every candidate's status current in the pipeline tracker — nothing goes stale
- Publish a weekly funnel report — pool size, drop-off by stage, time-to-fill — and flag the weakest link before being asked
- Run knockout filters honestly and reject fast and kind, so no candidate is left hanging on a "maybe"
- Direct and quality-check the work of any HR interns assigned to you — delegate sourcing and screening tasks and make sure their output meets the same bar as yours before it reaches a hiring manager

You're a fit if you have:
- Some exposure to recruiting, sourcing or HR coordination — an internship, a prior TA role, or campus placement-cell experience counts (under 2 years total experience)
- Strong written English — your adverts and candidate messages represent the Biotastic brand
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and job p
