We are expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and represent Engko with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through market research, cold calling, references, online platforms, and customer visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure accurate customer requirements.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders to achieve sales targets.




- Identify new business opportunities in industrial, construction, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
- Explain product specifications, applications, benefits, and technical details to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and enquiry status.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- 1–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales, construction, PEB, fabrication, or engin
