We are growing quick and need a hands-on Marketing Manager who can execute across content, digital, and partner-facing channels to support our GTM motion.

What You’ll Own

Content Marketing

• Write blogs, case studies, social media posts, and email newsletters on topics like DevOps, cloud migration, and AI/ML services

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure regular, consistent publishing across channels

• Repurpose existing case studies and service documentation into buyer-ready content

Social Media & LinkedIn

• Manage Matellio’s LinkedIn page and other social channels day-to-day

• Draft and schedule posts, engage with relevant conversations, and track follower/engagement growth

• Support drafting of thought leadership content for senior stakeholders

Email Marketing





• Build and send outbound and nurture email campaigns using tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp

• Maintain email lists, manage segmentation, and track open/click performance

• Draft email copy for product launches, webinars, and partner announcements

Collateral & Sales Support

• Create and maintain one-pagers, service brochures, and presentation decks in Canva or PowerPoint

• Work with the sales team to ensure they have up-to-date pitch materials and case studies

• Format and proofread materials before they go out to clients or partners

Webinar & Event Support

• Coordinate logistics for online webinars — invites, landing pages, reminder emails, and follow-up sequences

• Assist with pre- and post-event content such as recap blogs and social posts

Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain basic campaign performance trackers in Excel or Google Sheets

• Pull weekly/monthly metrics from LinkedIn, HubSpot, and email tools a
