Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer with
*proven experience in lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.*
The ideal candidate should have experience
*generating qualified leads, optimizing CPL, and scaling campaigns*
for education, healthcare, real estate, or service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing, and Lead Form campaigns.
- Improve campaign performance through audience targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Implement basic SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices.




- Set up and manage GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting.

Must-Have Skills
- 2-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in lead generation with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of generating leads and reducing CPL.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of SEO and emerging AI Search/AEO concepts.

Preferred
- Agency experience.
- Experience handling Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, or similar lead-gen focused accounts.
