Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations of Data Logger / Remote Monitoring System (RMS) to customers.
- Explain product features, functionality, technical specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Handle technical discussions and understand customer requirements.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and converting technical discussions into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain customer information, follow-ups, and activities in CRM.
- Provide technical support and coordinate for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Handle after-sales service and customer support.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
- Visit customer/project sites whenever required for product demonstrations, technical meetings, and service support.
- Prepare basic technical reports, demo reports, and customer follow-up records.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics,



Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related engineering field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Solar, Electronics, Instrumentation, IoT, Data Logger, Remote Monitoring System, or similar technical products.
- Strong technical understanding of electronics/instrumentation systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to confidently conduct technical product demonstrations.
- Basic understanding of CRM and MS Office/Excel.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Candidates should be comfortable with a technical + sales + after-sales service role.
