Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial construction projects.
- Identify projects requiring Aluminium Windows, Curtain Wall, Glazing, ACP, and Facade works.
- Collect and verify project details including client, architect, builder/developer, contractor, location, construction stage, and estimated requirement.
- Identify and collect contact details of key decision-makers.
- Conduct cold visits and establish initial contact with project stakeholders.
- Capture site photographs and maintain accurate project records.
- Submit daily field visit reports and regularly update the project lead database.
- Handover qualified leads to the Sales Team for further follow-up.
Requirements
- MBA preferred.
- 1–3 years of field experience in Construction, Building Materials, Aluminium, UPVC, Glass, Hardware, or related industries preferred.
- Freshers with strong field exposure and communication skills may also apply.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good communication, lead generation, and market survey skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and smartphones.
- Ability to build rapport and collect accurate project information.
Key Performance Indicators
- Daily number of construction site visits.
- Number of new qualified project leads generated.
- Accuracy of project information collected.
- Number of verified Architect, Builder, and Client contacts.
- Timely submission of daily field reports.
