We are currently hiring for the position of HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a leading dialysis service provider company in Bhopal location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing HR operations, employee records, and statutory compliance
- Supporting employee life cycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Assisting in recruitment activities, interview coordination, and talent acquisition support.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering positive employee relations.
- Supporting performance management and learning & development programs.
- Coordinating payroll inputs and addressing payroll-related queries.
- Willing to travel in Madhya Pradesh, as required by the company.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience
- Healthcare industry preferred, but others are also welcome.
- Interested in healthcare industry
- Willing to travel
