The Assis. Finance Manager will assist the Finance Director Site Leads with operational activities in accounting and finance, reporting and receipting.

1 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 Client/Stakeholder Management
- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client s expectations

1.2 Finance Management
- Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Populate monthly reports on health status of budget
- Review and submission of accrual reports to Finance manager
- Track and manage invoice documentation within shared storage file
- Provide administration support as required to the Operational
- Provide a level of support to the Facilities Manager with annual budgeting exercises
- Assist in completion of Ad-hoc/routine requests/reports from Client/Finance Manager

1.3 Site Operations Management
- Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations

Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards

Ongoing management of local finance playbook





1.4 Risk Management
- Follow established escalation procedures for finance related concerns

2 CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

2.1 Ideal Experience
- Prior experience in finance, facilities, or related field preferred

Knowledge of facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous
- Previous experience with budget management and financial analysis skills
