Role Summary

The Data Entry & Logistics Executive will support the logistics and warehouse team by maintaining accurate shipment, stock, and order records, and assisting with day-to-day coordination between the warehouse, transporters, and internal departments. This is an entry-level role,



ideal for a fresher or early-career candidate with strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and an interest in building a career in logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update stock, shipment, and order data in ERP/software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets on a daily basis.
- Maintain and update digital and physical records of delivery challans, PODs (proof of delivery), invoices, and gate passes.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and update shipment status logs in a timely manner.
- Support coordination with transporters, vendors, and internal departments (warehouse, showroom, sales) for documentation and dispatch needs.
- Verify and reconcile stock and shipment data against physical records; flag discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly logistics and stock update reports for management review.
