The base pay for this role is 3,00,000, which would be revised to 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 at the first year-end performance review based on clearly defined criteria provided to employees on joining. You will start with a probation period of 6 months meant for employee training and competency assessment. During the first 3 months of training, you would only receive 50% of your salary.
