- Purpose of Hiring
To strengthen the payroll implementation and testing team by adding an additional resource to support payroll validation, statutory compliance testing, client onboarding, and coordination with the development team, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end payroll testing and validation.
- Validate payroll calculations and salary structures.
- Test statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity, and Bonus.
- Validate Old & New Tax Regime calculations, tax declarations, proof verification, and TDS.
- Test payroll reports such as Payslips, Salary Register, Bank Transfer Reports, and Statutory Reports.
- Execute test cases, identify defects, and perform regression testing after bug fixes.




- Support client onboarding and payroll configuration.
- Coordinate with developers to clarify functional requirements and validate fixes.
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation.
- The current payroll implementation activities include payroll configuration, statutory validation, payroll testing, report validation, tax calculations, and client onboarding. With ongoing product enhancements and increasing implementation requirements, an additional consultant is required to improve testing coverage, reduce turnaround time, enhance product quality, and ensure timely delivery of payroll releases.
