Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the CFO in formulation and execution of business strategy
- Track and monitor progress of strategic initiatives across functions
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking Business Analytics & Insights
- Develop and manage dashboards for tracking key business KPIs
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data modelling
- Work closely with finance and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency Business Insights & Decision Support
- Prepare data-backed reports and presentations for leadership reviews • Provide analytical support for key business decisions CFO Office Management
- Manage CFOs priorities, calendar,
and critical deliverables
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams
- Act as a liaison between CFO and internal/external stakeholders
- Support board meetings, leadership reviews, and investor communications
Project Management
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects and transformation initiatives • Track action items and drive accountability across teams
- Ensure timely execution of CFO-led priorities
Preferred candidate profile
CA/MBA - Finance with relevant experience in Business analytics and working with the top management
