About the Role:

As an
Assistant Manager – Video KYC
at slice, you’ll lead from the front. You’ll manage the Video KYC team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every onboarding decision meets the highest quality and compliance standards.

You’ll work closely with Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure smooth verification journeys while protecting the bank from operational and regulatory risks.

What You’ll Be Doing:





Lead the VKYC Operations Engine
- Own the end-to-end VKYC operations function and ensure smooth daily execution.
- Manage team performance, productivity, adherence, and quality benchmarks.
- Drive roster planning, workload allocation, and capacity optimization to meet SLAs and TATs.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex cases and operational challenges.

Drive Compliance & Risk Excellence
- Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines and internal KYC policies.
- Monitor quality metrics and reduce error rates through strong governance.
- Identify process gaps, compliance risks, and repeat deviations - and fix them at the root.
- Partner closely with Credit, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen internal controls.

Own Performance, MIS & Reporting
- Track and optimize KPIs such as productivity, quality scores, approval rates, SLAs, and TATs.
- Own daily/weekly/monthly MIS and share actionable insights wi
